Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to:

• Hexagon Puzzle (package name: com.hexagonpuzzle.game)
• Versai (package name: com.versaichat.app)
• Other apps published under the same developer account that link to this policy page

App-specific differences (such as ads or in-app purchases) are noted in the relevant sections. Ads and IAP features apply especially to Hexagon Puzzle; if an app does not include them, the related processing does not occur.

2. Accounts and Identity

Our apps do not offer user accounts, email registration, or social login. We do not knowingly collect name, email, phone number, or similar identity data, and we do not store it on our servers.

3. Data Stored on Device (Local)

Game progress, preferences, and purchase status are stored locally on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the app or clear app data.

• Game progress: levels, scores, completed puzzles, etc.
• Settings: sound, vibration, language, and similar preferences
• Purchase / ad status: e.g. ads_free entitlement linked to Remove Ads (remove_ads)

4. Technical and Optional Data

Limited technical data may be processed for app operation, debugging, and performance. It is not collected to directly identify you:

• Crash / error reports
• Device model, OS version, and similar technical data
• Internet access for ads, purchase verification, and consent flows

Some of this data may be processed by third-party SDKs such as Google AdMob and RevenueCat.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Ad-supported apps such as Hexagon Puzzle use Google AdMob: banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads.

Ad identifiers and personalization

IDFA on iOS and AAID/GAID on Android may be used. Personalized ads depend on your permissions and consent choices.

iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS, permission is requested via NSUserTrackingUsageDescription. If denied, IDFA access is restricted.

UMP / GDPR consent

In the EEA and similar regions, Google UMP may show a consent form. You can change preferences in device settings.

6. In-App Purchases (IAP)

Hexagon Puzzle offers Remove Ads (remove_ads) to remove ads and grant the ads_free entitlement.

Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment card details are not sent to us.

RevenueCat is used for purchase verification and entitlement management.

7. Purpose of Data Use

• Provide app functionality
• Show ads and personalize them when permitted
• Verify IAP and manage entitlements
• Improve performance and fix errors
• Comply with legal and platform requirements

We do not use your data to send marketing emails or sell it on our own behalf.

9. Retention and Deletion

• Local data stays on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the app.
• Store / SDK data is subject to each platform's retention policies.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data. Payments run through Apple and Google infrastructure.

11. Children's Privacy

Our apps are intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

12. Changes

This policy may be updated. Changes will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
